About Me

I live and work in a State capital, as library and Information science professional,with a federal health Institution. The chairperson of my professional association in the state and a council member,the highest decissions making body of NLA,My National professional body in my country.
My interest for unionism and activism is informed by my interest of making the world a better place to live in for the present and future generations.These avenue gives me the previledge to serve as a vangaurd to speak out for the down throdden ,less previledge and suggest ways for change.Speak against injustice, for equal rights and previledges to all people.
Lack of undestanding is the root of all conflicts in the world's communities. We need to educate the youths to know that dialog and understanding are the best method in conflict resolution, to make the world be at peace, who will make them understand this ? Many youths and children are devastated by the scorge of HIV/AIDS, through the lost of one or both parents or stigmatization,who will support and encourage them to face life as normal people? The rich build fortified mansions and surround them with high walls for protection, but make the less previledge fight and kill one another for an unjust and unknown cause, who will make them to understand this ?
The rich send their children to epensive private schools for their linage to continue rulling the world, but the poor are left with no choice, who will educate them ? .If you are touched by issues such as these, then, you are like me. Put a smile on the face of someone, impact a life. Make the world a better place to live in.If you can't change it, try,so that you leave it better than how you met it.
